As a key member of our production team, you'll play a critical role in bringing our vision to life. Your expertise in assembly processes, tolerances, and inspection tools will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.

In this hands-on position, you'll work closely with our designers and engineers to implement efficient manufacturing procedures, maintain inventory levels, and oversee the shipping process. Your attention to detail, combined with your excellent communication skills, will help build strong relationships with our vendors and internal teams.

  • Production Oversight : Regularly visit vendor and contract manufacturing sites to monitor assembly and production activities, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues.
  • Process Implementation : Assist in developing and implementing effective work instructions, assembly procedures, and quality control checks at our partner facilities. Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability and smooth scale-up of new products.
  • Quality Control : Conduct on-site quality checks for in-process and final inspections, maintaining accurate records and collaborating with vendors to address any quality concerns.
  • Inventory & Dispatch Coordination : Track work-in-progress inventory at our partner facilities and ensure proper packaging, labeling, and shipment readiness. Support logistics efforts to guarantee timely pickups and dispatches.
  • Documentation & Reporting : Maintain up-to-date production reports, rejection data, and issue trackers, as well as create SOPs and basic training materials for our partners' staff where necessary.

To succeed in this role, you'll need: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering; 1-2 years of experience in production, assembly, or quality in a hardware startup or manufacturing setting; a willingness to travel frequently to our partner sites; and excellent communication and follow-up skills. While prior experience with ERP tools or digital tracking systems is not required, it's a plus if you have exposure to platforms like JIRA, Trello, or Notion.
