Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Erection- Assembly Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the assembly of wind turbines at site, ensuring timely execution and achieving 100% installation targets.

  • Assembly Supervision: The successful candidate will supervise the WTG assembly at site as per drawings and formats, ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with established procedures.\
  • Design Change Management: They will be responsible for managing design changes, documenting these changes and communicating them to the site team for effective execution.\
  • Resource Planning: Our ideal candidate will plan and manage resources effectively, including contractors' equipment and labor availability.\
  • Safety and Quality Assurance: They will ensure that all safety protocols are followed, issuing safety work permits prior to commencement of work and inspecting incoming materials with the quality team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;\
  • Proven experience in wind turbine assembly and construction;\
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;\
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
