Job Title: Production Assembly Specialist

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Production Assembly Specialist in Lithium-ion Battery production for Electric Aviation. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling and manufacturing high-quality lithium-ion batteries that meet aerospace-level tolerances.

The ideal candidate should have experience in precision manufacturing, particularly in lithium-ion battery assembly. Strong knowledge of cell handling safety, high-voltage safety, and flammability control is essential. Additionally, familiarity with torque-controlled tools, precision measuring instruments, and electrical testers is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and manufacture high-quality lithium-ion batteries
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient production
  • Follow strict protocols for cell handling and safety procedures
  • Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to resolve process deviations and improve quality
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in precision manufacturing, preferably in lithium-ion battery assembly
  • Familiarity with aerospace quality systems (FAA, EASA compliance preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely
