Financial Analyst Role Overview

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing critical financial analysis and advisory services to clients across Asia with a focus on India domestic deals. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-profile transactions, develop strong relationships with clients, collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation, and contribute to the growth and success of our investment banking franchise in India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct complex financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to support deal execution.
  • Manage due diligence processes, communications, and interaction with deal team members and other advisors.
  • Perform comprehensive and in-depth industry and market research, and company analysis within consumer and industrial sectors.
  • Assist in the preparation of pitch materials, presentations, and marketing materials for client meetings.
  • Collaborate with senior team members in deal origination, structuring, and negotiation.
  • Support the execution of cross-border mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, and capital raising activities, and other financial transactions.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in finance, business, economics, or related disciplines.
  • 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or related fields, working on consumer and industrial transactions.
  • Solid understanding of consumer and industrial sectors.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
