Business Finance Professional

We are seeking an accomplished Business Finance Professional to join our organization. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial support and guidance to various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of product costing, plant accounting, and management information systems (MIS). Additionally, they should have expertise in SAP (FICO/MM) and Microsoft Excel, with experience in creating financial dashboards.

This role requires a team player who can work closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, and Engineering teams. The successful candidate will provide finance inputs for new product launches, capital expenditure proposals, and vendor selection.

We are looking for someone with a strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and leadership skills. This individual should be able to identify process improvement opportunities and lead automation/efficiency projects.

The successful candidate should have a qualification of CA/CMA and 1-6 years of experience in a multi-plant, high-speed manufacturing setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare, analyze, and control Plant Profit & Loss statements, variance reports, and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Financial Closures: Drive monthly and annual financial closures in alignment with corporate budgeting.
  • Product Costing: Handle product costing (BOM-based), COGS/COGM, standard vs. actual cost analysis.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Own capex, RM and opex budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Value Engineering: Drive value engineering and cost optimization & Material Accounting.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control plant inventory (RM, WIP, FG, spares).
  • Process Improvement: Implement inventory reduction strategies in coordination with Controls.
  • SAP Implementation: Drive SAP-based reporting, automation, and controls (FICO/MM/SD modules).
