Senior Financial Advisor

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Advisor to lead our transaction advisory engagements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance to clients and helping them achieve their strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, and business operations, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in audit or transaction advisory services. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in transaction advisory engagements to help clients achieve their strategic objectives
  • Perform financial due diligence to identify historical and projected financial trends, quality of earnings, and working capital considerations
  • Aggregate, manipulate, and analyze company data to provide actionable insights to clients
  • Write detailed reports to present findings to clients
  • Work directly with Management and Managing Directors to advise clients on how to maximize opportunities and minimize risks related to mergers and acquisitions
  • Develop and propose creative solutions to engagement and transaction risks and effectively manage problem resolution

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Accounting
  • Licensed CPA/equivalent certification is preferred
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and strong working knowledge of other MS Office applications
  • Possess an uncommon drive and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments, and prioritize each assignment as necessary
