Key Job Responsibilities

  • Implement employee central solutions for global clients
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business needs and deliver customized solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis
  • Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs
  • Provide consulting services on human capital management best practices and help clients migrate to cloud-based solutions
  • Maintain expertise in data models, XML, metadata frameworks, foundation objects, associations, business rules, workflows, time-off, and payroll processing
  • Conduct system configurations in accordance with solution design and configuration workbooks/business blueprints
  • Prepare and execute test cases/test plans/test scripts
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a highly skilled Implementation Consultant. As part of this role, you will be responsible for implementing employee central solutions for global organizations.

In this position, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.

As an experienced consultant, you will have a deep understanding of human capital management best practices and cloud migrations. You will provide expert guidance to clients on how to leverage these technologies to drive business success.

You will maintain a high level of expertise in key areas such as data models, XML, metadata frameworks, and payroll processing. You will also stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the field of HR technology.
