SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Specialist to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualifications and Requirements:
    • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.
    • Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules is essential.
    • A strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee central, and succession planning processes and best practices is necessary.
    • Proficiency in system configuration, data migration, and integration techniques is required.
    • Experience with testing methodologies and user acceptance testing processes is desirable.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills are essential.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities are required.
    • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Recruiting Management, and Succession & Development modules (SAP Certified consultant/Application Associate) is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Four+ years of experience in SF – Employee Central Payroll implementation is required.
    • At least two+ implementations should have been done.
