Job Description:

This role requires a high level of commitment and dedication to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Establish strong relationships with key clients to identify opportunities for increased sales and revenue growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers handled by the sales team, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Follow up on orders and facilitate timely payment recovery to avoid any discrepancies or losses.
  • Address customer complaints in a professional manner, aiming for swift resolution and maintaining a positive reputation.
  • Keep customers informed about new products, services, or promotions, fostering opportunities for increased sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop an in-depth understanding of individual customer needs, tailoring approaches to meet their specific requirements and preferences.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, actively listening to and resolving customer queries and escalating issues when necessary.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
  • A positive attitude focused on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction, with a willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs.
