
Support Specialist for Customer Success

About us:
We're a baby products company that builds smart solutions.
Our first product is a smart crib for babies from 0 to 24 months of age.
The crib comes with an integrated baby monitor that senses early signs of wake-up, learns from the baby's sleep patterns and starts rocking along with music to soothe the baby back to sleep.
We aim to reimagine the nursery to make it smart and delightful.
As a customer service specialist, you will:
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Listen, empathize and help customers achieve their goals
- Manage incoming chats and emails and handle follow-up interactions
- Address, resolve and record any customer issues related to business growth, billing and account satisfaction
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of our products to answer customer inquiries
- Demonstrate the value of our company to customers every day by providing excellent support
You'll be responsible for:

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Exceptional English communication skills, especially written
- A positive, polite, confident, sincere and friendly attitude
- The ability to solve problems and think quickly on your feet
- The ability to stay calm, cool and collected during stressful interactions
- Flexibility – we're growing and evolving, and you'll need to adapt
- An eye for detail
- Knowledge of CRM is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
