Technical Solutions Specialist

Deliver scalable and high-performance solutions tailored to business needs as a seasoned Technical Solutions Specialist.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop custom scripts using SuiteScript 2.0 (Client, User Event, SuiteLet, Map/Reduce) to drive business innovation.
  • Customize NetSuite using SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and SuiteTalk to enhance user experience.
  • Integrate NetSuite with third-party platforms using RESTlets, SOAP APIs, and middleware tools like Dell Boomi or Celigo to expand ecosystem reach.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive growth.
  • Author technical documentation including design specs, workflows, and test cases to ensure seamless execution.
  • Debug and troubleshoot NetSuite scripts and configurations to maintain optimal performance.
  • Manage sandbox deployments and release cycles to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide post-implementation support and performance optimization to ensure long-term success.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of NetSuite technical experience.
  • Skills:
  • Strong command of JavaScript and SuiteScript 2.0.
  • Experience with SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF).
  • Familiarity with NetSuite modules like Financials, CRM, and Inventory.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with:

  • NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer).
  • Middleware platforms (Dell Boomi, Celigo, Apache Camel).
  • Agile/Scrum project experience.
  • Knowledge of SuiteBundler, Advanced PDF/HTML templates, and SuiteAnalytics.
