We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a crucial position in our technology department. As a member of our team, you will be working closely with our technical leads and project managers to develop innovative software solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients.

This role involves combining AI integration and no-code implementation to deliver cutting-edge technology using our proprietary platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, the ability to learn new platforms quickly, and excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.

  • Work collaboratively with our technical leads and project managers to identify, analyze, and solve real-world business problems by building new software solutions.
  • Develop custom workflows, automations, and integrations using our visual development environment to drive real results for our clients.
  • Drive the integration of cutting-edge AI tools and emerging technologies into client workflows and business processes.
  • Become an expert in our platform while contributing insights for new features and capabilities based on real customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical background required - ability to understand system architecture, design solutions, and build complex integrations (development experience in any programming language strongly preferred).
  • No-Code/Low-Code Proficiency: Experience with visual development platforms and drag-and-drop workflow builders.
  • Cohesiv Platform: Willingness and ability to quickly master our platform while applying technical understanding to build robust, scalable solutions.
  • AI Integration Understanding: Familiarity with how AI tools can be integrated into business workflows and processes.
  • System Integration: Experience connecting different software systems and data sources.
  • English Communication: Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English for client communication.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Software Development Background: Previous experience in any programming language (Python, JavaScript, .NET, etc.) - helps understand technical concepts but coding won't be primary responsibility.
  • AI Development Tools: Familiarity with modern AI-assisted development.
  • Enterprise Software Experience: Understanding of how large organizations use and integrate software systems.
  • Learning Agility: Demonstrated ability to quickly master new platforms and technologies.
  • Client-Facing Experience: Any previous experience in customer success, consulting, or client communication roles.
