We're looking for an experienced Senior Functional Consultant – Dynamics 365 F&O  with deep knowledge in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)  to lead our end-to-end migration and own the product roadmap post-migration. Schedule:  Day Shift 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Lead the entire D365 F&O migration lifecycle  — from planning to go-live and stabilization.
  • Act as the Product Owner , collaborating with stakeholders to define the roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Conduct business requirement workshops , fit-gap analysis , and functional solution design.
  • Focus on core Finance modules  (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, Cash & Bank), with exposure to Supply Chain  and Projects .
  • Drive UAT , end-user training , cutover planning , and data migration validation .
  • Own and manage the product post-migration, ensuring continuous enhancement and business alignment.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and system enhancements.
  • Support post-go-live activities, process improvements, and change management.

Skills and Qualifications:  

  • 10–15 years of experience in functional consulting  with Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 F&O.
  • Proven track record in end-to-end ERP migration  projects.
  • Expertise in Finance module  configuration and implementation.
  • Strong experience with UAT management , training delivery , and data validation .
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps , LCS , and managing the functional backlog.
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) integration with D365. 
  • Exposure to Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, or Logic Apps. 
  • Experience in ISV solutions or working with third-party integrations. 
  • Microsoft certifications such as MB-500, AZ-204, or PL-400.
