Role Overview

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Co-Founder with strong English proficiency and a marketing-oriented mindset. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for innovation – willing to take calculated risks, create something revolutionary, and scale it globally.

You will collaborate closely with our Sales and Tech Co-Founders, with opportunities for equity-sharing among all founders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead content strategy, academic operations, and communication initiatives.
  • Develop and drive impactful marketing campaigns (performance ads, influencer collaborations, social media).
  • Be the public face of our brand – camera-friendly presence for videos and storytelling.
  • Contribute to business growth strategies, fundraising efforts, and scaling operations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Tech Co-Founders to align product vision, growth strategies, and overall direction.
  • Bring innovative ideas to establish our brand as a global leader.
Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills and research abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales and marketing.
  • Leadership and team management experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of business development and strategic planning.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and make informed data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in the digital agency space is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
