Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Founder's Office Support


•⁠ ⁠Work with CEO on business strategy, planning, and execution.


•⁠ ⁠Align and coordinate across sales, marketing, and operations teams.


•⁠ ⁠Track KPIs, prepare reports, and ensure execution discipline.


•⁠ ⁠Drive innovation in digital marketing, e-commerce, B2B trade, and product positioning.

B2B Sales & Commercials


•⁠ ⁠Drive lead generation, follow-ups, and B2B client conversions in the premium tea segment.


•⁠ ⁠Prepare costings, quotations, and lead conversions


•⁠ ⁠Coordinate inventory planning and order detail communication.


•⁠ ⁠Manage payments, invoicing, and collections.

Marketing & Brand Growth


•⁠ ⁠Develop and execute marketing strategy and plans.


•⁠ ⁠Oversee and approve:

  * Social media calendars and creatives

  * Blogs, influencer collaborations, and partnerships

  * Paid advertising budgets and campaigns


•⁠ ⁠Strengthen brand visibility through gifting plans, database growth, and photoshoots.


•⁠ ⁠Manage product launches and innovations.

Operations & Supply Chain


•⁠ ⁠Monitor stock levels, purchase orders, and vendor coordination.


•⁠ ⁠Ensure timely B2B order fulfilment and follow-ups.


•⁠ ⁠Oversee quality checks and logistics support.


•⁠ ⁠Approve petty cash expenditures for operational needs.

Executive Assistance & Founder Enablement


• Manage the founder's calendar, travel, meetings, and communication.


• Prepare briefing notes, presentations, and documents for key meetings.


• Ensure timely follow-through on decisions and action points.


• Act as a reliable first point of contact for the founder's office while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Ideal Candidate Profile


•⁠ ⁠Education: MBA / PGDM or equivalent preferred.


•⁠ ⁠Experience: 2-4 years in FMCG, consumer goods, or D2C brands with exposure to digital marketing, B2B sales, and operations.


•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of digital platforms, e-commerce, and modern sales practices.


•⁠ ⁠Entrepreneurial, proactive, and able to balance strategy with hands-on execution.


•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in the Tea Industry


•⁠ ⁠Implemented systems through business coaches in their previous firm.


•⁠ ⁠Should have read some life changing books like Atomic Habits.


•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication, multitasking, and leadership skills.


•⁠ ⁠Enjoys travelling.


•⁠ ⁠Based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata.
