Job Title: Bookkeeper

About the Role

A dynamic and experienced bookkeeper is sought after by a leading organization to join their team in the USA. As a full-time remote position, this role offers excellent growth opportunities and the chance to work directly with our team.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage all accounts, including inventory, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and enter expenses.
  • Process purchase orders, bills, vendor credits, and reconcile vendor accounts.
  • Prepare estimates, invoices, credit memos, and reconcile customer accounts.
  • Calculate, report, and remit sales taxes and royalties.
  • Perform general accrual accounting tasks.
  • Monitor budgets and cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  • Prepare and send year-end tax documents to vendors and accountants.
  • Generate periodic financial reports as assigned.
  • Perform journal entries as needed and respond to requests for information from external accounting firms to complete quarterly and yearly tax filing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient with QuickBooks Online.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite.
  • Experience with Teamwork.com.
  • Adobe Acrobat Sign expertise.
  • Inventory management tool knowledge (SKU Vault).
  • Shipstation proficiency.

Qualifications and Education
