Job Opportunity: Financial Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive financial assistant to support our finance team in day-to-day operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates pursuing a career in finance or accounting to gain hands-on experience in billing, reconciliation, bookkeeping, and general accounting processes.

  • Assist in preparing and generating client invoices.
  • Maintain accurate records of billing and payment transactions.
  • Support daily bookkeeping activities, including journal entries and ledger updates.
  • Reconcile bank statements, vendor payments, and client accounts.
  • Help monitor accounts receivable and payable.
  • Maintain and update financial documentation and databases.
  • Assist the finance team with audits and monthly closing procedures.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Pursuing or recently completed B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Tally, or any accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.

You will gain practical application of accounting and finance principles, real-time exposure to billing and reconciliation processes, and hands-on experience with accounting tools/software.
