Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage lead generation, enrichment, and automation processes using HubSpot and ZoomInfo.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management & Enrichment
  • Source, qualify, and enrich leads using ZoomInfo to enhance sales outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead/contact data in HubSpot CRM for informed decision-making.
  • Develop workflows for seamless lead handoff to sales reps.
  • HubSpot CRM Administration
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot pipelines, workflows, and automation to maximize efficiency.
  • Ensure sales automation tools support the team effectively.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and insights to track performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Integration & Optimization
  • Oversee the integration of ZoomInfo with HubSpot for smooth data syncing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.
  • Sales Enablement
  • Train sales reps on tool usage for optimal results.
  • Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and return on investment (ROI).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing HubSpot CRM, including Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, workflows, and automation.
  • Strong knowledge of ZoomInfo, encompassing prospecting, enrichment, and integrations.
  • Demonstrated success in CRM/marketing automation management.
  • Excellent data management, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Superior communication skills; ability to collaborate closely with sales teams.
