Job Description

The primary objective of the JD Edwards S&D Functional Consultant is to oversee and facilitate ERP activities focused on Sales & Distribution during organizational transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement JDE processes for divestiture scenarios, including customer/supplier master segregation, order closure, and data handover.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope and ensure compliance with business and legal requirements.
  • Configure and support modules such as Sales Order Management (O2C), Purchase Order Processing (P2P), Inventory Management, Advanced Pricing and Preferences, and handle intercompany transactions, returns, and transfer orders.
  • Lead data migration efforts for customer/supplier records and transactional history, ensuring seamless integration with Finance modules and third-party systems.
  • Prepare AS-IS/TO-BE process documents, functional specs, test scenarios, and training materials, and conduct CRP, UAT, and post-Go-Live support.
  • Implement SOX-compliant controls and audit readiness, and support EDI inbound/outbound processes for different interfaces.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven project execution skills.
  • Experience with data migration.
  • Ability to integrate systems.
  • Understanding of SOX compliance.
  • Knowledge of EDI.
