Experienced Dairy Operations Specialist Wanted

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Dairy Operations Specialist to lead the establishment, commissioning and smooth operation of our dairy processing center in Hyderabad.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact on our organization by providing strategic guidance in setting up the new plant – from design to commissioning.
- Define and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for milk procurement, chilling, pasteurization, homogenization, packaging and quality assurance.
- Oversee equipment selection, installation and process optimization in coordination with technical teams and vendors.
- Establish supply chain and distribution processes for efficient milk and dairy product delivery.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in dairy plant operations.
- Provide expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integration for procurement, processing, sales and finance modules.
- Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor plant efficiency, yield and quality.
- Advise management on new product development and diversification opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in dairy processing, operations or plant management.
- Proven track record of establishing or managing dairy processing plants (medium to large scale).
- Strong knowledge of milk procurement systems, processing technologies, quality control and dairy product lines.
