Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Policy Center Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the configuration, development, and maintenance of the Policy Center application.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing business requirements and creating technical solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Developing and implementing new features and functionalities to enhance the Policy Center application.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Guidewire Policy Center configuration and development.
  • Strong understanding of PL/SQL, data modeling, Java, GOSU scripting, and XML.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with insurance domain practices and principles, as well as Agile methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
