Job Title: Power Transformer Tester

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Transformer Tester to join our team.

About the Role:
  • Plan and execute factory-based testing activities for power transformers in alignment with the project execution plan.
  • Conduct in-process testing to ensure product quality at every stage of production, performing routine, type, and special tests within the plant.
  • Facilitate customer inspections at the factory and ensure timely approval of test reports, investigating failures or deviations observed during testing and communicating findings for corrective action.
  • Ensure calibration and maintenance of all plant testing equipment, monitoring and implementing safety protocols for testing operations.
  • Provide structured feedback to Production teams on manufacturing defects identified during testing, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards and other quality & safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate testing records and update procedures in SAP / plant systems, driving closure of non-conformance issues raised during testing or client inspections.
