Lead Generation Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition.
  • Own the end-to-end demand generation pipeline, including strategy, planning, execution, performance analysis, and optimization.
  • Drive pipeline creation, customer acquisition, product adoption, and expansion across the entire lifecycle from first touch to renewal.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in marketing enterprise SaaS products in regulated industries, such as Life Sciences, quality, safety, compliance.
  • Deep familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and ability to leverage its capabilities for demand generation.
  • 5-8+ years of B2B SaaS experience in demand generation and growth marketing, with a proven track record of driving pipeline and exceeding KPI-based goals.
  • Proven expertise with generative AI tools in marketing contexts, such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Writer, and Copy.ai.
  • Strong command of funnel optimization and multi-channel campaign strategy, with the ability to tailor campaigns to persona-specific pain points and buying journeys.
  • Familiarity with ABM/ABX, marketing ops, and pod-based experimentation, with hands-on knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense, ZoomInfo, analytics platforms, and content automation.
