Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team at Tekgence Inc.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement ServiceNow architecture and solutions to meet customer needs.
  2. Develop and maintain ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Knowledge Management capabilities.
  3. Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure seamless delivery of Digital Workplace services.
  4. Stay up-to-date with market trends and customer needs to continuously improve ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Knowledge Management services.
  5. Establish and maintain relationships with ServiceNow regarding Digital Workplace services.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and implementation.
  2. Excellent understanding of ServiceNow development and implementation of best practices.
  3. Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Chat Bot technologies.
  4. Software development experience and proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Perl.
  5. Strong organizational and analytical skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment and delivering projects on time.
  6. ServiceNow Administrator certification is a minimum requirement; ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  1. Experience with other Digital Workplace and End-user Support related tooling such as Contact Center Solutions, Nexthink, and MS Teams.
  2. Familiarity with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
  3. Knowledge of scripted web services, AJAX, JavaScript, SOAP, REST, and SSO-SAML setup.
