Sales Representative - International Market
We are seeking a motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team in Noida. The role involves lead generation, campaign management, and prospecting outreach with a proven track record in driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Outreach: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and tools like Lusha and Mr E.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients with a focus on understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for the company's products and services.
- Achieve Monthly Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs while driving revenue growth.
- Negotiation & Closing: Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from initial engagement to closing the deal including contract negotiations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to share insights, refine strategies, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Fluent in both verbal and written communication.
- Go-Getter Attitude: A strong desire to succeed with a relentless drive to achieve monthly targets.
- LinkedIn Proficiency: Must have an active and well-maintained LinkedIn profile with a proven ability to leverage LinkedIn for sales prospecting.
- Target-Driven: Ability to work towards and consistently achieve sales targets with a strong focus on results.
