This role offers the unique opportunity to shape exceptional workplace experiences that drive colleague satisfaction and engagement.

In this client-facing position, you will serve as the initial point of contact for all client-colleague inquiries, issues, and feedback related to the services within the workplace.

Your key responsibilities will include executing ambassador services in a manner consistent with service level agreements, standard processes, professional brand image, and compliance with applicable local laws and regulations.

You will also conduct routine walkthroughs and assessments of the soft services delivery to ensure compliance with service level agreements, policies, and regulations, and performance metrics to provide flawless execution and stable service delivery for clients.

Additionally, you will support data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure alignment with the clients' goals and objectives.

Key qualifications for this role include a bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2-4 years minimum prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility, property management, operations, and/or knowledge of commercial real estate, excellent customer service skills, professionalism, ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong interpersonal skills.

This is an on-site role located in Hyderabad, TS.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years minimum prior relevant experience in hospitality, facility, property management, operations, and/or knowledge of commercial real estate.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal skills and track record of excellent internal and external customer service.
  • Ability to work independently, strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Location: On-site Hyderabad, TS.
