Required Skills and Qualifications

We seek an experienced Engineering Manager with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Your expertise should include:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in engineering management, preferably in a fast-paced technology firm or startup.
  • Significant experience as a software engineer, ideally across diverse organizations, industries, and technology stacks.
  • A track record of mentoring and helping colleagues grow professionally.
  • Experience and enthusiasm for recruiting, combined with a thoughtful approach to team growth.
