Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, scheduling, and tracking of project progress.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and possess strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, prepare reports, and update stakeholders.
  • Team Support: Collaborate closely with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and contribute to resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Budget & Resource Tracking: Monitor project costs and resources under supervision.
  • Process Improvement: Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
  • Tool & Software Usage: Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) to track progress effectively.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, or project management software.
