As a Junior Architect, you will be responsible for working on various projects from concept to execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design innovation and develop presentation drawings, mood boards, and 3D visualizations that effectively communicate project vision and goals.

  • This role involves creating detailed working drawings, specifications, and BOQs that meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
  • You will cultivate strong relationships with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Additionally, you will support site visits, documentation, and project coordination as required, maintaining accurate records and files.
  • To stay up-to-date on industry developments, you will conduct research on materials, workplace trends, and best practices.
Requirements
  • You must hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
  • Strong design sensibility and interest in workplace interiors are essential, with a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office is required, with experience in designing and developing complex projects.
  • Familiarity with Revit and Enscape/Lumion is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and visualization skills are necessary, with the ability to effectively convey project information and results.
  • You must be able to take initiative and work in a team-oriented environment, with a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
