Responsibilities:

  • Insert customer and account data into databases within time limits accurately.
  • Compile and verify information for computer entry using administrative procedures.
  • Research incomplete documents and apply data program techniques to resolve discrepancies.
  • Generate reports and store completed work in designated digital locations securely.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data integrity policies strictly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk is essential.
  • Experience with MS Office and data management programs is required.
  • Familiarity with administrative duties and office equipment is necessary.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy, along with knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation are vital.
  • High school diploma; additional computer training or certification is an asset.
