Job Title: Data Entry Specialist

This role is primarily responsible for accurate data entry, managing form and application submissions, preparing invoices, and ensuring timely customer follow-ups.

This is an entry-level position designed for someone who enjoys precision and consistency in execution. Strong performers will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility in project management, finance operations, and client communications as the company grows.

The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail with near-zero error tolerance. Good proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also necessary. Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and meet deadlines is crucial.

In this role, you will accurately enter and update customer and project data into systems. You will monitor and manage form submissions and permit application records. You will prepare and send customer invoices, track payments, and follow up on pending dues. You will support customer follow-ups via email or CRM to keep projects on track. You will validate and cross-check entries to ensure high accuracy and completeness. You will maintain well-organized digital records for projects and customer information. You will assist the operations team with basic reporting and documentation tasks. You will uphold confidentiality and data security standards.
