Job Title: Product Launch Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Native water purifier product line in a fast-growing organization. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing NPI projects from concept to launch.

About the Role:
  • This role involves strategic planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer requirements.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, design, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, service, and marketing, to align on product specifications and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective project management strategies to drive NPI projects forward.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to establish clear program governance, stage-gate reviews, and risk management frameworks.
  3. Own project timelines, cost targets, and quality metrics across the product lifecycle.
  4. Cross-functional leadership with a focus on driving supplier and vendor engagement during development and ramp-up.
  5. Product development and validation, including DFMA, DFX principles, prototyping, pilot builds, and validation testing.
  6. Operational readiness, production setup, process validation, yield improvement, and smooth handover to operations post-launch.
About You:
  • Possess strong program management skills, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
  • Have a deep understanding of appliance product development, preferably in water purifiers / home appliances / consumer electronics.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience in DFMA, validation testing, regulatory certifications (ROHS, ISI, BIS, NSF, etc.).
  • Show excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
  • Exhibit strong communication and documentation skills.
