Job Title
Product Solutions Architect

At our company, we're looking for a Product Solutions Architect to bridge the gap between engineering and product teams. As a key member of our team, you'll take ownership of features from conception to launch, ensuring seamless collaboration between technical and product stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bridge the gap between engineering and product requirements, deeply understanding product vision, business logic, and end-user needs.
  • Design and implement end-to-end features, handling both technical and product-centric aspects throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • Own feature testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure robust product delivery.
  • Make architectural and technology choices aligned with product goals while ensuring best practices and code maintainability.
  • Translate business/product requirements for engineering teams and collaborate with backend developers, designers, PMs, and stakeholders.
  • Establish efficient team workflows and document systems/features for both engineering and product stakeholders.
  • Coordinate engineering activities and ensure seamless collaboration between technical and product teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, 3+ years of software engineering experience with exposure to product management or project coordination, strong coding skills in backend technologies (Node.js, Python), frontend technologies (React, Flutter), databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), cloud and infrastructure (AWS/GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
