Lead Fusion Cloud Education Specialist

The role of the Lead Fusion Cloud Education Specialist is a critical one, requiring a strong blend of technical expertise and educational acumen.

This specialist uses their knowledge to support Oracle University products, curate online subscription content, teach, develop, and record training materials.

They must be driven to learn and teach using modern learning methods in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.

As part of the Oracle University team, this individual will empower customers, partners, and employees by providing training across all Oracle Cloud services, including SaaS and OCI.

Training will be delivered via digital subscriptions on an advanced learning platform featuring knowledge checks, skill paths, gamification, and learner analytics.

In addition, this specialist will participate in live, instructor-led sessions and hands-on labs to enhance cloud learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Oracle products and curate online subscription material
  • Teach, develop, and record training content
  • Participate in live, instructor-led sessions and hands-on labs
  • Empower customers, partners, and employees with training across all Oracle Cloud services
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion Sales and B2B Service Cloud Applications
  • Understanding of Oracle CX Cloud architecture and integration with other Fusion Cloud modules (e.g., ERP, HCM)
  • Experience with data migration, user security setup, sandbox testing, and extensibility frameworks
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and Application Composer in Sales and B2B Service Cloud
  • Strong communication skills and experience delivering virtual or in-person training
  • Strong technical knowledge in customizing Fusion application with custom objects, Redwood, BI Dashboards, Groovy Scripting, Visual Builder, and DCS
  • Practical consulting and field experience with Oracle Fusion Sales & Service modules
