Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition & Lead Generation:

  • Sales Execution & Closure:
    • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from inquiry to order execution, ensuring client satisfaction and successful delivery.
    • Draft proposals, collaborate with internal teams, and negotiate deals to closure.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Nurture trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including plant heads, officers, and purchase managers.
    • Foster engagement through field visits, meetings, and post-project reviews to drive loyalty and retention.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy:
    • Monitor competitors, trends, and pricing dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
    • Gather insights and client feedback to refine services and strategies, driving continuous improvement.
