Human Resources Professional

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise workplace safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Drive progressive HR practices and policies to improve employee engagement and retention.

Requirements:

  • 15-20 years of experience in HR & Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • MBA (HR) / MPM / MSW qualification or equivalent.
