Role Overview:

The Head of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for spearheading the sales and promotional activities for Fire Protection Systems, CCTV Solutions, and Locking Systems within Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Mumbai. This role demands a strategic approach to penetrate these markets, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales growth in these high-demand sectors.

Key Accountabilities:

  • • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives across the designated cities.
    • Oversee regional sales, marketing, and business development activities in Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Mumbai.
    • Manage relationships with key clients in these regions, including builders, corporates, and government entities, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Provide regional market insights: trends, competitor activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Ensure effective control of marketing results and take corrective action to guarantee achievement of marketing objectives.
    • Prepare and manage the budget for the Sales & Marketing department.

Requirements:

  • • Masters degree or equivalent experience
    • 20+ years' of industry-related business development experience with target audience of Builders
    • Strong knowledge of successful marketing strategies
    • Focused and goal-oriented
    • Proven experience as a General Manager in Sales & Marketing, particularly in the fire protection, security systems, or related industry.
    • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment.
    • Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
