Job Purpose

\

We are seeking an exceptional administrator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and maintenance. This role will involve managing housekeeping and maintenance teams, as well as overseeing the upkeep of housing facilities, the Copper Club, Company Guest Houses, Shopping Complex, Young Managers Accommodation, Messes, parks, playgrounds, and other public areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cordial relations with external stakeholders, local administration, and ensuring effective administration, infrastructure support, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.\
  • Oversee the upkeep of housing facilities, the Copper Club, Company Guest Houses, Shopping Complex, Young Managers Accommodation, Messes, parks, playgrounds, and other public areas.\
  • Maintain cordial relations with external stakeholders, local administration, and ensure effective administration, infrastructure support, and facilities.\
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve facilities management and administration.\
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.\
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.\
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure facilities are up to standard.\
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.\
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance facilities management and administration.\
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve exceptional results.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in facilities management and administration.\
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints efficiently.\
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.\
  • Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.\
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.\
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.\
  • Ensure accurate records and reports are maintained.\
  • Support business continuity planning and emergency response.\
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.\
