Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Desk Professional to take on key responsibilities in managing the front office, guest relations, and ensuring seamless facilities operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception and Visitor Management: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, maintain accurate records, and uphold confidentiality standards.
- Correspondence and Document Management: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, manage office supplies, and maintain organized filing systems.
- Administrative Support: Oversee housekeeping, manage stationery inventory, and ensure timely clock-in and clock-out procedures.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Perform data entry tasks, update office registers, and maintain precise records.
- Communication and Call Management: Answer phone calls, redirect them as necessary, and maintain detailed call records.
- Facilities Maintenance: Ensure office cleanliness and manage stationery inventory in accordance with established protocols.
