Job Title: Engineering Leadership Position

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee product development teams and drive innovation across multiple product lines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps, aligning with business strategy and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish robust product engineering processes.
  • Oversee end-to-end product engineering requirements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Identify and deploy efficient tools, frameworks, and techniques to enhance productivity and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Lead product development, testing, deployment, and maintenance within agreed timeframes.
  • Own non-functional requirements for products, driving quality and user experience.
  • Contribute to team member selection and hiring, promoting diversity and excellence.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in product development companies, with expertise in Agile software development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Typescript, JavaScript-based front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, Svelte), back-end technologies (Node.js), and service-oriented architecture.
  • Experience with RDBMS (MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB).
  • Strong observability skills, passion for teamwork, and ability to mentor and teach colleagues.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree with 12-20 years of relevant experience.

Location: Chennai (Work From Office)

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and technical skills, as well as strong interpersonal and communication abilities. They will be able to motivate and guide a team towards achieving business goals and objectives.
