Job Title: Technology Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Product Engineering Director to spearhead the development of CommerceEdge, a cutting-edge B2B SaaS platform for enterprise catalog and order management.

This project aims to solve real and complex problems for mid-to-large-sized enterprises by combining deep domain knowledge with modern technology and user experience.

The opportunity is vast, and the path is clear. We are building CommerceEdge with a team that has proven experience and market access.

  • Lead the development of CommerceEdge from scratch using ASP.Net Core and ReactJS.
  • Oversight of the full engineering charter including architecture, security, scalability, and performance.
  • Leads, hires, and grows a high-performing engineering team.
  • Builts strong technical foundations for integrating AI and LLM-based features such as intelligent product mapping, search, and decision support.
  • Collaborates with product, design, and GTM teams to ensure alignment and rapid execution.
  • Ensures fast, high-quality releases in a collaborative environment.
  • Part of the leadership team and contributes to business success beyond just engineering.

Requirements:

  • 8 to 15 years of strong product engineering experience with a focus on ASP.Net Core and ReactJS.
  • Experience leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise SaaS applications at scale.
  • Strong architectural skills with the ability to make decisions that balance long-term scale with short-term speed.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), DevOps, and security best practices.
  • A learning mindset towards AI technologies, even if not deeply experienced yet.
  • High accountability, leadership maturity, and ability to thrive in a high-ownership environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with business and GTM leaders.
