Oracle EPM Consultant Job

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Functional Consultant to join our team on a full-time contract basis. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing Oracle EPM modules, providing functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive testing, UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as end user, power user or admin of leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools, strong understanding and knowledge of FCCS, ARCS, and excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • Job Description:
  • Configure and implement Oracle EPM modules (Planning, PBCS etc.). Should be expert on this.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing financial data to guide a company's major decisions, ensure future profitability, and support strategic planning.
  • Good understanding and knowledge on FCCS, ARCS
  • Provide functional expertise across Oracle Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Key skills are Financial Planning and Analysis & PBCS.
  • 3+ years of Hands on experience as end user, power user or admin of any leading Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools (PBCS, EPBCS, EPCMCS, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Anaplan, Tagetik, OneStream, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAC).
  • 3+ years of strong understanding and hands on knowledge of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Close and reconciliation.
  • 5+ years in Oracle Financials (Cloud/EBS).
  • Hands-on experience with reporting tools: Smart View, FRS, OTBI, BI Publisher.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Benefits:
