Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Advertising Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads platforms. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with account managers and creative teams to ensure campaigns deliver high return on investment (ROI) and align with client objectives.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective campaign strategies, conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights are essential for this position.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, preferably in an agency setting. A strong understanding of Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns is also necessary. Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setups is highly desirable.

The selected individual will be responsible for developing and testing ad copies, extensions, and creative assets to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversions. They will also monitor budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure profitability and create detailed reports and insights for clients highlighting wins, learnings, and action plans.

To succeed in this role, the candidate must stay updated with the latest Google Ads policies, trends, and platform features. Collaborative and excellent communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously, are crucial for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective campaign strategies to achieve client objectives.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Optimize campaigns daily for ROI, CTR, and conversions.
  • Develop and test ad copies, extensions, and creative assets to improve CTR and conversions.
  • Monitor budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure profitability.

Requirements:
  • 2–4 years proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking setups.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven track record of scaling Ecommerce / High-Ticket campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets & reporting dashboards.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
