Job Overview
  • Monthly financial account closings must be performed accurately and timely, with all transactions recorded precisely.
  • Account reconciliations must be conducted monthly to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Vendor bill preparation and payment processing must be handled to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Monthly and one-time expenses must be posted.
  • Invoices for approvals must be prepared and submitted.
  • Monthly/HST data for filing must be prepared and HST regulations compliance ensured.
  • Accounting principles, standards, and regulations must be adhered to.
  • Financial statements, reports, and records must be reviewed and prepared.
  • Regular audits must be conducted and discrepancies resolved.
  • Query sheets after month-end closure must be prepared.
  • Client queries and issues must be addressed and resolved.
Specialized Projects
  • Data migration projects from various accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) to Zoho Books must be planned and executed.
  • Customized migration strategies tailored to each client's business operations must be developed.
  • Livemigration processes must guarantee zero downtime and seamless business operations.
  • The secure and thorough transfer of financial data, including legacy data up to 20 years, must be ensured.
  • Detailed reconciliation checks must be performed to ensure migrated data accuracy and completeness.
  • Data inconsistencies or errors must be identified and resolved.
  • Client queries and issues arising during transition must be addressed and resolved.
Continuous Improvement
  • Staying updated with the latest developments in Zoho Books and other accounting software is essential.
  • Improvements to enhance migration project efficiency and effectiveness must be recommended and implemented.
  • Best practices for data migration, accounting, and client support must be contributed to their development.
