We are seeking a seasoned Process Improvement Leader to spearhead our pursuit of operational efficiency. This pivotal role will drive transformative change through the implementation of best practices, process standardization, and lean principles across various business processes.

The ideal candidate will foster a culture of continuous improvement by empowering teams to identify bottlenecks, eliminate waste, and adopt data-driven strategies for operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
    • Implement structured methodologies to improve process performance.
    • Establish frameworks for measuring process performance and developing actionable insights from data analysis.
    • Lead workshops to identify opportunities for growth and areas of improvement.
  • Cost Optimization & Value Engineering
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize cost drivers.
    • Design value engineering initiatives that minimize costs without compromising quality.
    • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress against targets.
  • Standardization & Best Practices
    • Develop and deploy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for critical processes.
    • Identify industry best practices and adapt them to meet business needs.
    • Implement digital tools and automation solutions to enhance process visibility and efficiency.
  • Quality & Efficiency
    • Collaborate with Quality teams to reduce defect rates and strengthen customer satisfaction.
    • Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering to optimize yield and minimize downtime.
    • Drive initiatives to decrease rework, scrap, and warranty claims.
  • Change Management & Capability Building
    • Bolster organizational capability in Lean/Process Excellence through training and development programs.
    • Promote a culture of data-driven decision making and encourage continuous learning and improvement.
    • Apply structured problem-solving techniques across various teams and departments.
