The role of the Human Resources Manager encompasses all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
- Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
