Job Title: Travel Consultant Agent

Our Mission:

We aim to provide high-quality local fleets and empower our customers through reliable ground transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer issues by communicating effectively with drivers and fleets.
  • Enforce exceptional service standards.
  • Verify ride completion and update the system accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, noting issues and solutions within our CRM for consistency and follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers, CS operations, sales, and other functions, as well as external stakeholders.
  • Provide customer support.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the tourism and travel sector or ground transportation industry is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or a similar environment.
  • Strong operational and analytical skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
  • Ability to accommodate a full-time schedule of 24/7 and 6 days a week.
  • Time management and prioritization skills.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced work environments.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Conversational Spanish speaking skills.
