Role Overview

As a storyteller with a passion for helping others, you will play a key role in turning complex ideas into engaging and easy-to-understand content.

This is an entry-level opportunity to educate, support, and inspire our users through various channels such as help articles, product webinars, and customer case studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create clear and friendly help articles to enable users to solve problems on their own.
  • Run product webinars that showcase new features or teach users tips and tricks.
  • Interview happy customers and transform their wins into engaging case studies.
  • Set up simple customer emails to announce new features or share helpful resources.
  • Help manage and improve how our apps and integrations are listed on partner pages.
Requirements:
  • The ability to explain complex topics in a simple and clear way.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to figure out how tools work.
  • A passion for helping people and comfortable speaking in live webinars.
  • The ability to juggle multiple projects and keep track of deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
Bonus Points:
  • Familiarity with help centers or writing support articles.
  • Experience with email tools (e.g., SendGrid, HubSpot).
  • Exposure to SaaS and tech tools.
