The role involves:

  • Delivering top-notch support by ensuring every customer query is met with a quality response.
  • Being a customer advocate by tuning in to what our customers really need.
  • Diving into problem-solving by analyzing and reporting product issues.
  • Keeping our knowledge base sharp by regularly updating our internal systems with insights from technical issues and valuable customer conversations.
  • Collaborating and innovating by sharing feature requests and clever workarounds with the team.
  • Staying ahead of the curve by informing customers about the latest features and functionalities.
  • Ensuring resolution by following up with customers to make sure everything's running smoothly on their end.
  • Amplifying the customer voice by collecting feedback directly from customers and sharing these insights with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Key requirements include:

  • Having at least 2 years in a customer-facing role or being a fresher with outstanding communication skills.
  • Being versatile and able to tackle various tasks, handling calls, chats, and emails with flexibility.
  • Having a customer-centric approach and being passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Being tech-savvy and familiar with help desk software, remote support tools, and CRM systems.
  • Having strong communication and problem-solving skills, being fluent in both English and Hindi.
  • Juggling multiple tasks in our fast-paced environment and adapting quickly to whatever comes your way.
