Job Title: Senior Architect

A highly skilled and experienced architect is sought after to lead projects from concept to completion. This role demands a balance of design excellence, technical know-how, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive concept design, schematic layouts, and design presentations. Ensure design aligns with company ethos and sustainability goals.
  • Prepare and oversee GFC (Good for Construction) drawings, detailed drawings, and tender documentation. Liaise with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants for timely, coordinated outputs.
  • Guide and mentor junior architects, interns, and drafting staff. Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Attend client meetings, present design proposals, and handle approvals. Coordinate with statutory authorities for permissions and compliance.
Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction detailing, and materials integration.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple projects and deadlines.
Software Proficiency:
  • Design & Drafting: AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), SketchUp.
  • Visualization & Rendering: Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray, Twinmotion.
  • Graphics & Presentation: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Project Coordination & Documentation: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Bluebeam / Acrobat.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution, registration (mandatory), and a proven portfolio showcasing built and unbuilt work.
